Sam S. H. Wu


Sam S. H. Wu, M.D. M.A. M.P.H. M.B.A. is Professor in Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, System-wide Chair of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Geisinger Musculoskeletal Institute and Physiatrist-in-Chief of Geisinger Health System. He is currently the Pediatric Rehabilitation Editor of PM&R Knowledge NOW. Dr. Wu has worked with the World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations (UN), and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on issues relating to the rehabilitation of large populations. Dr. Wu's advocacy efforts also include his service as the Treasurer and Member of the President’s Cabinet of the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM),  the North and South America Continental Director of the International Exchange Committee of ISPRM, President of the Board of Directors of the Center for the Independence of the Disabled in New York (CIDNY), President of the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Stroke Council (DVSC), President of the New York Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Member of the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R). In these healthcare leadership roles, Dr. Wu has consistently advocated for persons with disability to have access to cost effective high quality healthcare.

Leonard S. W. Li


Leonard S. W. Li, Professor,  Director of Internal Medicine Rehabilitation , Tung Wah Hospital., Honorary Professor of Internal medicine Department, The university of Hong Kong, visiting Professor of Rehabilitation Department of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Visiting Professor of Rehabilitation Department, Sun Yat-sen University. He holds important positions in several Specialty Societies in Hong Kong and overseas. He was an affairs official of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Association, now he is President of WFNR(World Federation for NeuroRehabilitation), President-designate of ISPRM, President of Hong Kong Brain Medical Association, Founding President of Hong Kong Association of Rehabilitation Medicine.  


Peter A. C. Lim


Dr. Peter Lim is senior consultant rehabilitation physician and former founding head of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Singapore General Hospital. He is Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with subspecialty certification in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine. His academic appointments include Clinical Professor, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston and Adjunct Associate Professor, Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore. Dr Lim is also Group Chief Risk Officer for the SingHealth healthcare cluster in Singapore, an associate editor of the American Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Secretary of the ISPRM, and Past-President of the ASEAN Rehabilitation Medicine Association (ARMA).

Rochelle DY, M.D. is the Chief of Spasticity Clinics at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas, USA, Assistant Professor of PM&R at Baylor College of Medicine, Director of the Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Fellowship Program, Chair of Education Committee of ISPRM, and Chair-elect of International Committee of the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmetal Medicine.
